What Information We Collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message when you contact us through this website
• Course registration: your name, email address, phone number, city, province and education details, collected through our Google Forms registration form when you register for a course
• Event and program registrations: contact details you provide when registering for CBCSC events or programs
• Donations: your name, email address and donation amount. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider — CBCSC does not see or store your full card number

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your messages and questions
• To register you for courses, classes, events and programs, and to contact you about them
• To process donations and keep proper donation records
• To send community updates, where you have agreed to receive them

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only where it is needed to run the program you signed up for — for example, course registrations are collected with Google Forms, learners in our scholarship program are enrolled through the program's learning platform, and card donations are handled by our payment processor. These service providers process information on our behalf for those purposes only.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep registration and donation records only as long as needed for program administration, community records and legal/accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or archived securely.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time at contact@cbcsc.ca to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. You may also ask us to stop sending you community updates at any time.
